Privacy policy

ClaimGauge is built to need as little of your data as possible. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not sell your personal information.

The estimator runs in your browser

The claim estimator and calculators run entirely on your device. The figures you enter — medical bills, lost wages, severity — are used only to compute your result locally and are never sent to or stored on our servers.

The callback form (TCPA)

If you complete the optional callback form, the details you provide are used only with your explicit consent to connect you with a participating attorney or their representative about your potential claim. That consent specifically permits contact by phone or text, which may include automated or prerecorded means, under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Consent is not a condition of any service, and you can revoke it at any time by telling us or the caller to stop. Until the operator configures a compliant destination, the form does not submit and nothing is stored.

Analytics

We may use a privacy-first, cookieless analytics tool that records aggregate visits without tracking you across sites or building an advertising profile. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Your rights (CCPA/CPRA and others)

You may request access to or deletion of any personal data we hold by emailing [contact@ — set by operator]. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.
